To maintain peak flavor and texture, store your chocolate in a cool, dry place between 15°C and 18°C, away from direct sunlight and strong odors.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We ship globally. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days, while international shipping varies by location. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely. You can add a personalized message at the cart stage, which we will hand-write on a beautiful gift card to include with your delivery.
What is your return policy for food items?
